About Julia

Home is more than just walls and a roof; it’s a sanctuary for self-expression, connection, and rest. To me, home becomes truly meaningful when the stories of yesterday are woven into the life of today.

I’ve been fortunate to experience the warmth and richness of many homes. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Honours in Health Studies and a Diploma in Disability Studies at Queen’s University in Kingston. I then embarked on the path of heritage conservation at Willowbank School of Restoration Arts in Queenston.

My academic background in health and disability studies, along with my hands-on experience in heritage restoration, led me to create Redesigned Living—prioritizing craftsmanship, sustainability, and respect for the past.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

Sincerely, Julia
